Unable to see Libraries under admin user

Server Version#: 1.17.0.1709
Player Version#:

I recently had to move my Plex data to a new HDD due to a failure. I was able to get everything over with minimal issues, but when I went to try and stream to any of my devices under the main user, nothing would show up.

I went in and checked the shared libraries, and some how all home users and shared users weren’t sharing anything. I went in and reenabled them all, and it’s working for all other users, including my managed users, but for my admin account nothing is showing up anywhere beside on my PC.

Any idea what would cause the admin profile to not be able to see the libraries? Is there anywhere I can go to share them with myself? I really don’t want to lose my 5 years of watch history or my on deck. Any way to save this?

Edit/Update: Additional troubleshoot steps followed:

https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/

Even with this, I am still unable to view libraries under the admin account. I can manage all other server settings and even update user share settings via the iPhone app.

As one additional note, I did reset my Plex password between when my HDD failed and when I got Plex up and running again (Plex location services in their new login email are a little off resulting me to reset my password when I thought my account was compromised). Not sure if that impacted anything, but wanted to add it here just Incase.

TIA

OK so i was able to finally get this resolved, any for anyone else having the same issue wanted to post the resolution here.

It appears that my registry restore for plex wasnt 100% and the MachineIdentifer and ProccedMachineIdentifer values were different.

Once i was able to locate an older registry backup, i was able to copy in those values to match the values prior to the HDD crash and everything started working perfectly again.
