I am hoping someone can help me. I have not posted prior, so please be gentle if I am not including data that would be helpful.
I have had trouble syncing shows to iPads for quite a while and am hoping for help. I seem to be able to sync highest quality unless the audio codec is EAC3. It seems like the transcoder is not transcoding? I am able to play this show on HTPC and computers, but can’t stream or sync to the iPads. I have deleted the Local data file directory and transcode directory and then reinstalled the latest PMS software, as well as the plex app on the iPad and it still didn’t work after reinstall. I am attempting to include: Plex Media Server.log file
