Unable to tune channel - All Channels (Win 10 creators)

My plex server is on a Windows 10 version 1709. I had been running it as a DVR for the last 3 months without issue. On friday It stopped being able to tune channels. When ever I try to view any channel i get the error message “Unable to tune channel”.
I also have the HDhomerun app on my computer and it wouldn’t display video or audio. I reached out the Silicon dust and gave me a solution:
We have submitted an updated app to fix issues that were introduced by the latest updates to Windows 10 and Xbox One. We have been informed by Microsoft that the submission should be live within 3 business days. For Windows 10, if you do not wish to wait for Microsoft, you can enable sideloading of apps and install the latest beta HDHomeRun Windows software and it will install the new app version. Is there a similar solution for plex?

I have this same error. I set up my system for the first time last night and it worked fine until this evening, when I suddenly started receiving a “unable to tune channel” error while in the middle of watching a game. Plz RSVP if anyone has a solution. I have attached my error log.

Update: I restarted my router, tuner, & computer and now its working. Go figure!
