Having an issue today that I haven’t seen before. Most likely it will be fixed when I go home and restart the server…however I haven’t seen this error before. Any ideas?
So when you tune to a channel what plex does in the background is talk to your TV tuner and get data from it and stores it in “parts” and feeds those out to the client. If for some reason it sees “no parts” it drops the stream cause there is no data to feed to the client.
Many reasons this can happen like If your hard drive is full it cant store these parts and pukes on itself not saying yours is but that can be a cause among many others. but yeah try a restart and see what you get.
Or at least that is my understanding of it…
