Hi guys,
I’m running into a bit of a hiccup, I’m using Ubuntu with the latest version of Plex Server, everything was running fine but I haven’t been able to pull up metadata or the app doesn’t recognize new data when you attempt to Scan Library, it’ll run for a little bit but than just act like I never added anything into it.
- Naming is correct
+Put it in the right directory like I have been doing before
+Permissions have worked like usual for the past few years
Possible things I’m concerned about that could have caused this issue
- Latest Update changed how it views permissions on certain folders
- Directory structure on how it scans the library has changed but toggled on Settings Check only folders that have had items recently added.
