I have a Plex Home with some users, and only me (the server owner) is able to upload subtitles using the Plex Web UI. For all other users, it just returns a generic error (“unable to upload subtitles”).
Is this a known issue, or something I can do to fix it?
Server Version#: 1.15.5.994
Player Version#: Latest (tested using Plex/Web on the Plex.tv website)

No problem, thanks for taking a look. Hope it’s fixed soon, I’d really love to have that feature working for the users I share the server with.
