Do you have the PMS logs for that time period? It looks like the app did ask PMS to transcode the file but it had trouble playing back what it received. I don’t see that in your log. It’s possible that what you are seeing is just a delay in the reporting. PMS may think it was going to direct play at first so that’s what it shows but then will change after a few seconds.
