@ChuckPa I was backing up my Plex installation (1.25.2.5319) per FAQ Q28 which I have done before with no problems in the past but not with this version of plex or version of QNAP FW, I recently upgraded to QNAP FW 4.5.4.1892. However now when I stop Plex and try to zip the folder to back-up I get a message telling me I am unable to do to lack of permissions or the folder being read-only. I attached my screenshots.
I literally changed nothing but the firmware versions and I have successfully saved backups in the past. Any idea what is going on? I checked my permissions and can find no reason why I am getting this error.
UPDATE: I had to activate the default root admin account to get this to work now, anyone have any idea why? My created admin account has full rights to everything from all I can see.
Bumping, No one has any ideas on this?
