Unauthorised You do not have access to this server

I have a QNAP Nas server, Model TS-251+.
Due to stability problems I had to format it.
After formatting it I have stopped working Plex server, the version that I have installed on the NAS server is (PlexMediaServer-1.25.0.5246-cb2507e4d-x86_64)
Maybe I didn’t search the Plex forums properly, but I don’t see anything related to this problem.

Thank you very much for answering the request for help on my plex server.
I just want to say that it has been solved, for those who can use it I leave you my experience:

When I formatted my Nas and installed the new version 5 of QTS, I didn’t use the same DDNS name. For example:
DDNS name you had before formatting your Nas: 12345.myqnapcloud.com.
New name after formatting and upgrading your Nas to QTS version 5: 54321.myqnapcloud.com.
:thinking:I think my problem was that I didn’t use the same DDNS name I had before with my Plex server. I used my old name and everything worked again without any problems . I also think it has something to do with the tokens? If this is not the case, someone tell me. It worked for me.
