Having the same problem on PS4 and on the Sony tv Plex ap. Really getting sick of this, it is clearly a problem with the plex server… why are they not patching this?! It used to work fine on previous versions.

I’ve also been impacted by “undefined error -2140536828”. It would be a great support gesture for the team at Plex to acknowledge this issue and provide some basic (and official) troubleshooting steps. So far I’ve only been able to find piecemeal solutions on Plex forums and Reddit that don’t work for me.

Hello,
I believe my error was due to a “double NAT” situation. I removed the router and plugged my PS4 directly into the modem, and I no longer have this issue.
