- I don’t have remote/external playback enabled.
- My server and player machines are all in the same local network.
- Playback is working on my MacBook Pro’s app, LG smart TV, Web app in any of those machines including the one with windows app.
- Only not working on Windows app (damn it windows

What it looks like: on the player it just stays at 00:00 and has the loading spinner for a minute or 2 and then the error pops up (-13). But if I navigate to dashboard it shows that the playback has started and shows the playback time
To provide logs I followed these instructions by nibbles:
Reboot your network routers and smart switches.
In Plex choose Settings - Show Advanced - Debug
Set it to Debug Level: Enabled
Click SAVE
Setting - General (lower one)
Check Enable PMS Debug logging (set it on)
Uncheck Enable PMS Verbose logging (set this off)
Click SAVE and quit out of Plex For Windows.
Reboot the Ubuntu PMS hardware, and wait 10min.
Start Plex For Windows and wait 2 min.
Start Playback
Play 30 seconds or until failure
Wait 30 seconds
Settings - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
ZIP the entire folder it gives you.
Quit out of Plex for Windows.
Zip up your %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex\Logs\Plex.log
Attach the zip files with your reply.
