So When I try to view any of my libraries, either through the android app or the web app, I get the:
There was an unexpected error loading this library
Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems
Error. I can search for a specific piece of content and it will usually show up, but the libraries will not load. I’ve already tried optimizing the database, restarting the docker, and rescanning the libraries. This seems to have started after I updated the docker.
Edit: The error happens for all Libraries EXCEPT music
Edit: I tried deleting and re-adding the libraries, same issue.
This is also happening to me after Windows 10 update. It shows my computer where my libraries are stored, but even after re-scanning my drives, it shows there is a error loading them and only shows the online plex libraries…
I ended up being able to recover my “recommended” db data by shutting down Plex, restarting the server and then restarting Plex - at which point it started stating that it was performing a database upgrade.
I saw this previously but it ended very quickly - I suspect that it crashed. This time the database upgrade ran for about a minute and then started Plex, at which point Recommeded screens were once again available.
I have the same issue - was working one day and started editing thumbnails and then over night started saying same message
Tv programmes and movies both on different nas drives - I uninstalled plex and reinstalled updated version - could use briefly but then same issue
Any solution yet ??
