As the title suggests, only with the web version (the one you access by entering IP where plex is installed) all the videos that need to be converted (e.g. h265, h264 10bit or flac and dts 7.1) as soon as I click on play the unexpected error message appears. Does the same happen with https://app.plex.tv ?
With plex.tv it works, it doesn’t just go with plex web on chrome 80.0.3987.100 (official build) (64 bit) Windows 10 latest update.
