Unexpected error whenever searching by category

When using the search feature, browsing on-demand and picking a category, like say ‘Horror‘, the window flashes showing all the titles and then returns a “An unexpected error occurred”.

I have tried the following:

  • Cleared Cache
  • Tried changing browser
  • Tried using the app
  • Changed primary DNS (and used dnsflush)
  • Creating a new account
  • Tried on another device

I’m only trying to access on-demand and I’m not connected to any server, as far as I know.

I could reproduce this yesterday in Chrome and made a report about it. But other coworkers could not. Today it is working correctly though. Not sure if it was just some cache on our end, browser restart or what at this point.

Was curious if you are still having issue.

Works today, but I did find out I could only reproduce the error when using Windows 11.
