Unifi Geo and IPD IDS blocking

From the last 24 hours, no users on smart TVs can stream plex media. I can link them OK but the Remote Access always stays in red. Worked fine for several years. Possible that Router Firewall (Unifi) is blocking on IDS / IS or geo blocking. If I disable these the Remote Access goes green, but users still get spinning wheel when connecting.

Port forwarding is set, have a firewall rule for all plex workers published at s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/plex-sidekiq-servers-list/sidekiqIPs.txt, but have also tried disabling that to see if that causes an issue. Internal streaming works fine. When I try to browse to http://:/web it also works but all smart TVs fail. Have reclaimed server and removed and re-added clients several times. Where are the worker servers and do I really need to allow all connections from a country for this to work? Previously I had to whitelist Ireland to get this work, but possible Workers have been moved to another location.

Having the firewall rule which allows the Sidekiq servers to TEST your port is correct. This is how Plex.tv can check your local firewall & forwarding.

Do you also have the appropriate rules enabled which allow those remote users (their IPs and Geo locations) ?
