Major issues with Live TV guide. Many holes, unknown airing, this is getting ugly. I’ve fail to record many episodes last week because of that. Here is a sample of tonight and tomorrow…
on my Apple TV, getchannels has Gracenote guide, and all the shows appears. What is going on, Plex?
Thanks for reporting the problem and completing the EPG Feedback Form.
I have looked at the EPG Schedule for channel 12.1 and I cannot see any gaps or unknown airings.
Could you do a manual EPG Refresh through DVR Settings in Plex Web and then select Refresh Guide.
And then check the guide to see if there are still unknown airings. Please check on Plex Web as well as the Apple TV Plex app.
If there are still issues, see if it confined to one Plex app. Also please give me a few examples and let me know date and time of the unknown airings. I presume Timezone is EDT (GMT-4)
