I am still experiencing numerous “unknown airing” for CBFTDT 2.1 (Radio-Canada Montreal). This issue has been going on for a while. I have submitted a lot of “Plex EPG inaccuracy” forms (Plex EPG Inaccuracies ) to no avail.
This problem has been talked about in the past in those forums:
Major issues with Live TV guide. Many holes, unknown airing, this is getting ugly. I’ve fail to record many episodes last week because of that. Here is a sample of tonight and tomorrow… [cap1] [cap2] [cap3] [cap4] [cap5]

Those are the unknown airings for this channel just for next Monday (2022-04-25) and Tuesday (2022-04-26):
The Local Over the Air Broadcast guide from Gracenote (TV Listings- Find Local TV Listings and Watch Full Episodes ) for that postal code in Canada (H1N3W6) does not show any problem.
Is this problem being looked at? Is there a fix in sight?

Experiencing the same issue. I also receive 9.1, which is also Radio-Canada, but I don’t have this issue with the specific channel, only 2.1.
I see that this issue has been discussed in the huge EPG thread.

There is a problem with the Gracenote schedules data in that when we are getting the schedules - some of the airings details are not available at the time they show in the schedules. This leads to the gaps. The details become available days later and we do not currently have a mechanism to update the previously ingested schedules - if there are no updates to the actual schedules by Gracenote
I am discussing this with our ingestion team
Any ETA for a fix?

Same problem for me on the same channels.
This is still an ongoing issue. Any word on a possible fix?

Problem is still occuring on several channels. Because of that, DVR is missing some recording.

We have been running with a fix for the EPG gaps issue for past two weeks and the fix is working well with gaps gradually disappearing.
The issue was with delayed availability of show data arriving some time after the schedule is available for ingestion
The fix was to have some “To Be Announced” placeholders until the show information is available.
