Unraid 7.2.0 --> No Plex web-ui login possible!

Plex Server Version#: v1.42.2.10156

On Unraid, after upgrading to 7.2.0, I cannot login to Plex web-ui. The Plex docker container is running and Plex streams fine to its clients, being also accessible fine via Plex mobile and Plex Dash apps, BUT login to web-UI is not possible, with PLEX reporting “Internal server error. something went wrong on our end”. I have the same error on,

  • 3 different browsers
  • 2 different machines
  • LAN
  • WAN (accessing via Plex.tv)

I checked for any Preference.xml file corruption and it looks fine. Should i reclaim the server by pasting a new key in either the Preferences.xml or via the docker (Container Variable: PLEX_CLAIM)? Any ideas please?

DNS issue? On Server side? Tough since, on both WAN (remotely) and LAN, the server runs fine and serves clients. Also accessible via Plex and Dash apps.

similar story from the client side (browser), tried both via Plex.tv and also locally (LAN). Looks like some peculiar AUTH case.
