Unsecured connection

Server Version#: 4.35.1
Player Version#:
I’m running Plex from my Windows 10 PC. But streaming it from my Nvidia Shield onto a Samsung 1080P TV. From inside the web app, I always get the below message which says, “Your connection to the web app is not secure. Reload Securely.” Using Chrome as my browser, I always get the message stating, “Not Secure”

Is there a fix for these two issues?

Thank you!

It’s a local connection. I do not worry about it. If someone unknown to me is on my local network I have much more serious issues than Plex.

Your server hasn’t gotten a security certificate, in order to use ‘Secure Connections’.
Normally, it is supplied with a certificate fully automatically, as soon as you sign it into your plex.tv account.

I can only assume that something went wrong when this was attempted the last time around.
Shut down the plex server (using the trask tray icon) and restart it.
It can’t hurt to reboot the whole machine as well.

Are you using some 3rd-party firewall software, or some corporate security appliances, or other restrictive filtering, or VPN software?

Thank you sir, this worked.
