So every time I try to play either movie or a series through plex on my xbox one s my screen goes black and I see this message on my screen “unsupported signal. Check your device output”.
My screen is sony bravia, anyone know how to fix this?

Have a look under settings and video options on the Plex xbox app
Try turning off the ‘Allow Display Mode Switching’
That fixed similar for me
