UNUSABLE on high res screens - microsoft surface, or any decent high res screen, whole reason plex media player pc version was a dream/needed/necessary.

Just tried the new player… and text is so small i can’t see to even click on anything… hahaha…

Also, the best thing about PMP was being able to move around/navigate with the keyboard so easily…

The manual configuration of scale fixed two major concerns for me.

One, the somewhat obvious improvement of readability on a 4K screen. Now I don’t need binoculars to select items using my HTPC.

Two, a big bonus, when switching to full screen Plex the HDR doesn’t switch off. Before if you went full screen the scaling change between Windows desktop/apps that support scaling and Plex caused a quick blink as the screen reset and HDR in Windows would be disabled. No more!

This might be even a bigger deal than the sizing of items. The item size being too small to read comfortably in the 10’ range was a nuisance. The disabling of HDR when going full screen in Plex was a show stopper;
