Unused user accounts

Over the years, I have given family, friends, extended family access to my PMS. Is there a way to see the last time each of the accounts with access to my system have accessed it?

Tautulli can do that, AFAIR.

Switch to the History tab
then use the user selector drop-down to see each user’s most recent playback access.

Thanks, that gave me what I was looking for. It seems I have my in laws registered (with the same name/user ID) as a Shared User and a Home User. Is there any way to tell which they are signed in as or do I need to just sign them out, kill one of them (probably the home user) and then sign them back in?

The fact that your in-laws appear both under ‘Home Users’ and ‘Sharing’
does not mean they are using 2 different accounts.
It only means that they have their own plex.tv account but you then have added this account also into your Plex Home (probably so they can use the mobile Plex apps for free).

You, sir, think much more highly of my in laws ability to use technology than they deserve  but I see what you mean! I will delete their managed user account and then see if it still works for them or if I need to help them sign in again. Thanks!
