Hi, I just noticed the disappearance of the unwatched video count from my tv shows and was wondering if this was a permanent thing or if there is just a setting i am missing to re enable. I noticed it happened after my latest server update but it could have been a bit before. Since the DVR updates have been coming more rapidly its hard to keep track.

Yes. Those are now gone.
What platform/OS and most importantly what browser. They shouldn’t just ‘up and vanish’ unless they’ve all been ‘marked as watched’
The server is running on Synology NAS. And this is on a Nvidia shield running Android OS. They haven’t been marked watched, on the unwanted episodes there is still a yellow triangle.
This must be a issue at the server level because on all client devices the unwatched count is gone.
The unwatched count is still there if i connect in using Chrome Browser so im not sure whats going on.
Help me summarize?
The shield isn’t displaying the watched count but the browsers all are?

Are you using the native Plex client app or the Plex of Kodi plugin?
The shield is not displaying count but yes the browser is. I am using the native Plex app for Android TV.

This appears to be a regression. I tested that myself and can concur with your observations. I will notify the devs on your behalf.
Since you are a Plex Pass user, you can try the Plex for Kodi plugin. It doesn’t exhibit this issue. The UI is slightly different but I like it a bit more than the current native app.
