I installed the updated server version 1.32.0.6918. Since then none of my movies/TV shows added are not having their metadata loaded… I went into settings / libraries and the mapped drives are no longer accessible via the "browse for Media folder’ … just wondering if everyone else is experiencing the same issue?

I had exactly the same issue. After some digging it seemed to be because I have mappings from fairly old NAS’s and the file sharing protocol used is CIFS / SMB1.
I downgraded my plex server installation back to Version 1.31.3.6868 and everything sprang back to life. I’ll be holding off on any upgrades for the foreseeable future!
