Update metadata greyed out

Hi all
I have an album were the “Update metadata” is greyed out.
No cover ist shown.
Already delted teh album and added again. Always the same.
What could be the reason?

The album isn’t matched (see it’s showing „Zuordnen“->match, not „Zuordnung korrigieren“->fix match). No Match, no metadata update.

No Match, no metadata update.

That should not be the case. There are always file/folder names and embedded metadata that Plex can fall back on.

Did you do anything to that album beforehand? Like split, or merge, or edit its album artist, or track/disc numbers?
