I am so fed up with having to start new update manually while I already turned on the auto (“Automatically during scheduled maintenance”). Those new updates come more often than other apps. Sometimes, Plex server act strange on my Roku, Plex suddenly disappear from my Mac’s menu bar and also slow playback on Roku, all because of that needs to be updated. But it has not been updated automatically. So I have to check the update once every other week if any problem occurs. It has been the same problem for at least four years. Please make the automatic mode harder to do its job.
Debugging has been on already. This request was meant for Plex software writer and someone needs to improve automatic mode better. When Plex icon disappear sometimes from the menu bar, which it means it probably quit unexpectedly overnight that my iMac doesn’t sleep as my preference of energy saving, new update just comes up at the same time.
