I setup the TV Guide to record all episodes of a TV show but only New Airings Only. In WMC, it will provide a re-occurring record symbol on all TV episodes on the guide that it will record that are new. If there is a repeat show, it does not record nor does it put the recording symbol on the repeat TV show. In the Plex Guide, it puts on the re-occurring record symbols on every single episode of the TV show - both repeat and NEW shows so it becomes confusing on the guide on which shows it will actually be recording. It does not actually record any of the repeat shows, but it certainly makes it look like it is. I would like the Plex Guide to be updated to only have the re-occurring record symbol on TV shows it is actually gong to record as I think for most people, that is only the NEW tv episodes.
They should probably create two symbols. The current solid red indicator for scheduled recordings, then a hollow outline or muted color indicator for shows that fit the timer but aren’t scheduled because of reruns, duplicates, etc…
