The DSM reports “Processing. Please wait…” as usual - but for much longer, before eventually coming back with: “Unable to perform this operation. Please sign in to DSM and try again later.”
Off the top, please make sure you are downloading the Plex Synology Version that matches your DSM, and CPU.. There are 2 versions of Plex for Synology (7 & 7.2.2). Some people are downloading Plex for DSM v7 version, when they have DSM v7.2.2.
Also, did you stop Plex before installing the update ?
