Upgraded from DSM 6.2.4 to 7.1.1, Latest Plex Server, now servers are inaccessable

Look in the Plex shared folder.

Do you still have Library / Application Support / Plex Media Server ?

I suspect you do. If they exist then you missed the procedure required to set permissions (now required in DSM 7).

If the permissions had been set, you’d have seen it sit at “Installing” for a perios of time while it migrated you from DSM 6 → DSM 7
( Username, Shared Folder Name, and all file permissions changed due to DSM 7’s internal changes)

There are a lot of steps. Make certain you do not miss any
(most important is the Apply to this folder, sub-folders, and files when you get to that point)
