Are you sure that your new router is the only “router”-type device in your network? Any box that is delivered by the ISP can potentially be another router. Which would put you into a “double-NAT” situation, which doesn’t allow you to do any port forwarding. It is also possible that your ISP has run…

Yes, I have simply replaced the old router with the new router, no additional devices where added to the network. Plex was working fine with the old router and is now only having issue with the new router. The ISP hasn’t changed so I don’t understand why they would suddenly run out of IPv4 addresse…

If you can still power on the old router, try swapping them again. If now everything suddenly works again, then it might have to do with the configuration of the old router. (Or maybe the MAC address of the old router, which causes the ISP to activate a special configuration for your connection.)

No port forwarding on old router but UPnp enabled. I also noticed that in Windows network settings, the old router uses ‘Network’ where as the new router uses ‘Network 2’ if this makes any difference? I will try going back to the new router and enabling IPv6

Hooked up the new router again, enabled IPv6 and restarted server, same issue is occuring. Seems to be related directly to the router - I can’t understand what the issue is with router at this point…
