In an attempt to resolve this, I deleted the DVR and started the process to add it again.
When I enter my post code for the EPG data,. it gives me the totally wrong location!
I live in the South Midlands, but the EPG is ‘matching’ the postcode to Scotland!
Maybe this is the cause of the guide refresh failing???
Now I don’t have a DVR at all ! Which was one of the main catalysts why I subscribed to Plex Pass !!
Plex Support, please look into this!
Mine defaults to Scotland also (I am in the North East)
There should be a drop down menu at the top to select the best lineup, this is default of Scotland
Check the list to see if you have something similar to this but for the midlands

I saw the closer option for my area.
The EPG is now at 38% and counting.

Well the EPG loaded 100% YAY!
However, I have YouView at home, but when i select YouView for the DVR, the channel mappings are wrong. But they seem right if I select Freeview OTA.
Before anyone says, I know YouView essentially is FreeView, but surely YouView should be correct!
I agree, YouView should be correct, can you manually remap the channels or are they missing
There are many issues with the UK EPG at the moment, I have stopped using it for the moment, it’s going to be a tough one to get it working correctly for when it goes live for everyone on Monday
