Upgrading Plex Server on Synology NAS

Server Version#:1.12.2.4929
Player Version#:
Hi Guys, I recently bought an Alexa & decided that I wanted to play my own music that is stored on my Synology NAS (DSM 5.2-5644). I have created a load of new playlists and everything seems to be working ok so far…I only did them today.
My problem is that I cannot get the music to play via my iPhone as the app tells me that my Plex Server needs updating. I have downloaded the latest version of the Plex server but I just get an error with manual installs of v1.21 & 1.22. I cannot really update the DSM as the last time I tried it, it all went horribly wrong and I almost lost everything. Is there a site where I can download an older version of the Plex server that is compatible with both iOS 14 and DSM5.2?
TIA
PT

I do understand that which is why I’m trying to find a site where I can download an older version of Plex server for my Synology. I don’t need the very latest version, I just need something that will support iOS 14

Sorry to be this harsh, but I think it’s time to upgrade to a newer model of Synology if it’s still DSM 5.2 you are on. Even if you could find an old version of Plex server, it would be too much of a security risk to have it on a NAS that hasn’t had security updates in years.

Yeah, I am reluctantly coming around to that way of thinking. Thanks
