Are you running Plex Media Server as a scheduled task or service our through RDP? The crash is known to arise when hardware acceleration is used without a desktop session

last crash is like 10 minutte ago, so shouldent be hard to find in logs
Thank you for the logs. A crash happened at 17:41:52 on 19th May. The server for some reason did not stop and continued to attempt to run and ended up with a deadlock at 17:54:20 with no requests being processed and was restarted at 18:11
It appears to be similar crash with what has been reported by other users on this forum topic Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS - Plex Server Crashes - Double free or corruption (!prev)
I will add your diagnostics to what has already been referred to the development team

We are expecting these Intel h264_qsv encoder crashes to have been fixed by the ffmpeg update which has been released in Plex Media Server beta 1.17.0.1709-982421575
If not, please raise a new forum topic with server logs after a crash
