USB HDD Icy Box with 4 always changing their names

Player Version#:
I got the problem, that the 4 hdd always changing their names after restart of the nas
One day the Media are on
/share/external/DEV3312_2/
Another they are on
/share/external/DEV3310_2/
And so on
Each Time i Need to correct the Place and Need to do a rescan

Does anyone know how to stop that Thing?

There is nothing we can do. That’s how QTS works.
I am trying to work with QNAP to provide control over mount points but there argument is:

External USB devices are temporary storage; not permanent storage as part of a storage volume.
