User could not be authenticated error

I don’t have any issues logging in on my windows or android phone.
However, when I try to log in on an android tv, i get “User could not be authenticated” error when typing in 4 letter codes shown on my TV.

I had to reset my password.
There seem to be several ways to go about it.
I had to try couple of different methods before I was able to log in on my android device.
Now, I am using plex normally.
