Hey, got a quick one here. When uploading custom images for user accounts, they are updated for mobile devices and shows on Plex Desktop in user switching, however, on all other devices the user icon is just a plain user icon, including in the top right corner on plex desktop player.

I’m just wondering if there’s a broken link to the users custom image in parts of the application?

Should be noted that profile images work perfectly on iOS.

They will update eventually, once the cache gets refreshed.

Hi @OttoKerner. Is this a cache refresh on the client and how long would you expect it to take / can it be forced?

I think you can ‘force’ it by signing out the client from your account and then back in.
