Auto sign-in is off as well.
When anyone logs into the account, they are directed directly into my admin account.
This is normal. Managed users use your user credentials. If they know them they can do a lot of damage to your plex user account already. That’s why you should not tell them your Plex credentials in the first place.
You should manage logging in their devices and Plex client apps for them:
They hand you over their device,
you log in,
then enable “Automatic Logon” in the settings of the Plex client app,
then “Switch User” to their account.
