Greetings.
I share my Plex with my roommate. My main telly isn’t working so I’ve been using my old one in his room. He has a Fire TV stick. I decided, since I’m using it, it would be easier if we could switch users to keep track of what was watched. I created a user for him. The Fire TV is listed as one of the devices which should have the user switching option but I cannot find it anywhere. I’ve tried whilst logged in as myself and as him.
Please advise.

The fast user switching is for Plex Home. Meaning you would need to enable it and log your account into the firetv then you will see your managed/regular user list.

Thank you. Yes, I had done everything correctly. It turns out that my roommate hadn’t accepted the invitation as he thought he already had (when he became a guest months ago). He accepted the new one and it is now working.
