Can we have it please? I dont mind sharing my bandwidth, but I dont want my friends hogging my cpu whenever they decide to stream something and I actually need it myself.
For now, I have just turned transcoding off entirely, but every now and then I wanna watch something over cellular without using all my data in two minutes.
It would be really nice if I could just restrict whoever I wanted, rather than this being a global setting.
