Can't access Plex server on home network

Server Version#: Version 1.18.9.2578

Hello, the other day I was using Plex completely fine. Then the next day I go to use it, and it’s no longer working. I’ve found the the Plex app on my Roku TV (well really any device I use in my house) no longer can find my server. I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix it. Uninstalled and reinstalled Plex, rolled back to a previous version, power cycled and restarted my router. Nothing works. What I think happened is that my ISP might have blocked the port for Plex thus not allowing me to connect to it on my devices. I’ve tried using the open port check tool website to try to find the 32400 port but it comes back with the error “connection timed out”

What makes the situation worse is that my ISP blocks access to my routers settings page. So even if I try to access it by doing the whole 192.168.1.1 thing it just says access blocked. So I can’t fix the port manually.

What’s more frustrating is that the remote access still works. But the quality is very very bad since I tend to watch most content in 4k. And it limits the speed to 1mb

Here’s a screenshot of my logs, don’t know if it will be of use at all.

.

Admittedly I’m not the smartest or knowlegeable when it comes to networking terms, so any help at all is really appreciated. I just wanna get my server back up and running so my family and I can get back to watching our stuff!
