Suddenly my users are unable to connect to my PLEX server.
They are all getting yellow yeild sign showing unable to connect (various players) so I know the issue is on my end.
I had not changed any settings and do not have any issues connecting using my own devices (I assume because I’m on home network)
I do run PIA and never had problem before.
To troubleshoot tonight I tried setting up Port forwarding and have manually specified that port in the remote access.
IT WILL CONNECT GREEN but within seconds (sometimes 1 min) it will turn red.
I’ve checked with some of my users because I know it is common to be able to connect even when it’s red, but none have been able to do so.
I’ve been pulling out my hair to get this to work.
I have even created the rules for port forwarding on my Bell router.
PLEASE HELP! I will welcome any and all suggestions.
