Rebooted 2 times ran CCleaner and Revo pro Uninstaller… And nuked all in appdata/PMS.
IT WAS COMPLETELY REMOVED! STILL SAME PROBLEM…
On this New Install.. First thing I did was enable logging and set the agents and add ONLY those 3 TV Shows…

Do not KNOW what else to do! PMS worked fine then this crap all started happening NOW I am PMS-LESS!
don’t use Revo uninstaller to remove PMS. It will make your life more complicated.
don’t use CCleaner’s ‘registry optimizer’, it will do more damage than good
your main issue is that your fresh installation of Windows 7 hasn’t gotten updated ‘root certificates’ for encrypted communication (‘TLS’ specifically).

It was the Internet 11… I had that uninstalled within Installed components and adding it back fix’erd it right up!
