Using new PMS. Same Issue with TV Show Thumbnails missing and not grouping episodes.

Rebooted 2 times ran CCleaner and Revo pro Uninstaller… And nuked all in appdata/PMS.
IT WAS COMPLETELY REMOVED! STILL SAME PROBLEM…
On this New Install.. First thing I did was enable logging and set the agents and add ONLY those 3 TV Shows…

Using my C-Name
NEW LOGS (180kb) HERE: ftp://REMOVED
LOGIN= dammit
PASS= janet
Lemme know when ya got it so I can nuke FTP account..
Logs in PMS/ folder

Do not KNOW what else to do! PMS worked fine then this crap all started happening NOW I am PMS-LESS!

  1. don’t use Revo uninstaller to remove PMS. It will make your life more complicated.

  2. don’t use CCleaner’s ‘registry optimizer’, it will do more damage than good

  3. your main issue is that your fresh installation of Windows 7 hasn’t gotten updated ‘root certificates’ for encrypted communication (‘TLS’ specifically).
    there is this error in the logs, which is well known:

I propose, before you are further trying to diagnose Plex, to

  1. update your Windows installation. A fresh installation of Windows 7 needs nowadays several iterations of Windows Update to become fully usable.
    Don’t forget to install “Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7”, it is updating some crucial system components which are needed.
  2. take a look at this forum thread https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/comment/1534655/#Comment_1534655
    it may provide a short-cut to working posters for tv shows.

I DO NOT WANNA FORMAT AGAIN!
I just did and it took a long time as usual to get all the updates, this is a clean install.

It was the Internet 11… I had that uninstalled within Installed components and adding it back fix’erd it right up!
Finally! Before I ripped all my hair out…
