TV shows showing every episode rather than in one folder and many thumbnails not showing up.

With library agent set to TheTVDB, did you Refresh Metadata?
If so, please do it once more then grab and attach the Zip file
There were no TV shows added at all…
Did the Plex dance and added just a few TV Shows I have in a temp folder as a test that were giving PMS a problem.
Do not wanna test on entire library / episodes.
It is on the Main Screen where it shows all episodes not in that TV Shows folder. They are all in one folder within the actual directory.
But now, it is not showing thumbnails for any of them. It did before on old version for Knightfall at least.
Attach what Zip file?
Think I figured out what ya meant… I enabled verbose logging refreshed metadata and here is the log attached.
Log will not attach!
On diff PC now attaching Logs…
Same thing… FAILED TO UPLOAD!
Have an email I can send these to maybe?
If your logs are > 35MB , they will fail to attach.
Settings - server - help - download logs even with retention set to 10 should be about 5-6 MB in ZIP format
Drag & drop, let it upload (the URL becomes visible in the reply window after upload completes).

FAILED… Trying from other PC… Maybe the RT-AC88u router is stopping it somehow. I have the firewall IP Intrusion etc stuff all enabled…
Now trying from second PC…

Please do the following:
- Stop PMS
- Clear all the agent caches under
Plug-in Support/Caches/* - Restart PMS
- Force “Refresh all metadata”
- Let it sit until complete
I’m seeing it tripping over the previous attempts to get data. This will clear it out and allow to start fresh
This is a fairly empty PMS on a clean install of Winblows7 x64…
I can wipe PMS and the appdata/local/pms folder and start over easy enough if you think that will fix it?
Hope they are paying you well. I imagine I am not the only one nipping at your heels.
If you don’t mind doing that then go for it. Just be sure to be using the updated build 5142
Did exactly what you said.. Nuked said folder and created a BRAND NEW TV show folder using the TVDB…

I am a cheery mood kinda girl but, this is getting monotonous! LOL
THIS WAS WIPED and restarted, Plex Danced.. Waited… etc..
There is ONLY three shows in the folder. No TV is added but those 3.

Will wipe all APPDATA folder as well and reboot… Clean install…
