I have purchase a plex pass and loving the new functions. That comes with it. I have installed and be using the plex amp and again loving living it. But i have a question.
If i shares my plex server library with someone and they want to use the plex amp, then will they have to pirchase a plex pass ? As all they will use is the plex amp ?
There’s some features of a Plex Pass that will be shared with users.
E.g. if this is Plex Pass features for your server (e.g. online extras, on-demand subtitles…).
Plexamp however requires the users to have their own Plex Pass.
I don’t know if this will change at some point.
There’s a feature suggestion asking to make Plexamp at least available for managed users you created for your own account.
