Using Plex media server with Onkyo

Hi,

I am using plex media server on my QNAP NAS via the Onkyo Remote3 app. The interface via this app is rubbish but appears to play the music well with the exception of any playlists.

I could also use the media server from my LG TV app which is powered by Plex but this also does not support playlists and does not support newer music formats

I would like to upgrade to premium but there is no point if I cannot get the improved music selection to play on my Amp (TX-NR818).

Any Ideas?
