Using Plex Pass is it possible with the HDHR tuner or another radio tuner, record and playback radio stations?

Plex has no support for radio in any way.

Thanks I have been trying to figure out how to record and play back radio.

I removed one of my two windows based media servers on my Plex Pass account to focus on the main server. I also closed the windows based Plex media server program for that backup server. How do I reclaim the backup server I just removed?

Never do that, unless you are planning to uninstall Plex server from that machine, or if it’s decommisioned/broken.

I didn’t uninstall the Plex Media server on the laptop computer that I plan to use only as backup if my main server computer goes down. I thought I could just reverse the process where I opened the Plex media server on the backup computer and then claimed it again. The are no files, no libraries in the backup media server.
