UTF-8 encoded subtitles with accented letters and special chars

Hi, I see that problems with special chars in subtitles have been reported multiple times, and that every time the answer was to encode srt subtitles file with utf-8.
I have Italian subtitles, so with accented letters, and checking I see that my subtitle file is encoded with utf-8, but I still can’t get those letters to show when viewing the episode. I want to specify that special chars are not replaced with codes but they just won’t show up, actually the first time I though that the letter was missing in the file, but it doesn’t!

I don’t know if this could be the problem so I write it just to be sure, but as you can see in my topic’s tags, I’m running plex in a docker container on a raspberry pi 4.

Oh and I wrote the windows app version, but those chars are not showing on any of the app I tried (windows, web app, android).
