Just updated to 1.32.0.6918 and plex just delete more than 450 movies customized and stay only 750 movie, all TVseries is gone etc… its realy a shame ! … i am plex user since the start of project… hundreds and hundreds hours to custom movies/series lose !!
I hope that Plex made backup before update the server ! (note: i have find the backup made by sheduled task)
But plex can’t see my content on my different folders and folders are all accessible …
Update: i have restored backup and all content is come back and accessible but the problem is if i want made a new scan to add movie or series, the issue come back. A strange thing is that when i made a scan and issue come back, the db files stored in ‘AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Plug-in Support\Databases’ dont change size but the issue is come back. if i replace db files (exactly the same size), all content come back…realy strange.
