My server had been up 121 days with no problems. I rebooted it to do some general maintenance and Plex upgraded to v1.18.3.2156
Now all of my remote users are complaining about constant buffering. I read in some other threads that remote access is a problem for some people, is there something going on with the new version?
Having the same issue! Its horrible, been happening since about 2 updates ago for all remote users on all devices. The last update now causes LOCAL to buffer as well (LG TV + PS4), no issues on local Shield. I need to go back to a stable release and never update again. Seems like with every update it brings on more issues.

Since this last update I can’t even stream locally without it buffering every few minutes. Hopefully Plex gets this fixed soon.
