VBox android gateway (DVB-S2) playback error

Hi,
I’m using Vbox android gateway (DVB-S2) as a tuner for Plex DVR, but sometimes I face some error messages, but when I try again, it works great (the error messages are "Playback Error: Source Unavailable, Playback Error: Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna.)
I don’t think it’s reliable for recording in its current state
if there is a solution to this, please let me know

Player Version#: 4.54.5
Tuner Make/Model: VBox android gateway (DVB-S2) XTI_VT.2.66
Using XMLTV?: yes from webgrab plus
Channel number/Name: Nilesat and Badr satellites’ channels

By the way, I have tried it on my WD MyCloud NAS and I got this as a result and now I’m using a Synology 1815+, so it’s more than enough for this stuff (but still getting the same errors).

I get the same error “Could not tune channel” when using in PLEX. Very disappointing, has anyone found a solution to this?

I’m waiting for Vboxcom support to get back to me.

I have the same problem with VBox TV Gateway for Cable - XTi 3452.
I have Plex Premium account.
